Mindray was founded in 1991 with a mission to deliver high-quality, competitively priced medical devices to make healthcare more accessible and affordable around the world. Over the last 15 years, we have become a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices in China with a rapidly growing international presence.

At the end of 2006, we had a total of approximately 2,700 employees worldwide, and we are expanding our distribution network, sales and sales support staff to bring our products closer to end users. We currently have 29 local offices in China, as well as sales and service offices in Boston, Istanbul, London, Mumbai, Seattle and Vancouver.

In the 1980's ECM became the pioneers of the portable ultrasound for farm animals in Europe. Our knowledge of scanning exceeds twenty years of experience on ovine, bovine, swine and equine. In addition ECM has become the leader of portable ultrasounds around the world with more than 8,000 units sold for sows and cows alone.
